These Terms of Use govern access to and use of CoffeeLine — the website at coffeeline.app and the CoffeeLine mobile app. By using CoffeeLine, you agree to use it in a lawful, respectful way and to accept these terms as they apply to the current version of the service.

CoffeeLine is provided by Nadzeya Yashchuk, a sole proprietor based in Wals-Siezenheim, Austria. Full publisher and contact details are listed in the Impressum.

Use of CoffeeLine

CoffeeLine provides a casual barista arcade for personal, non-commercial entertainment unless stated otherwise. You may use it for relaxation, casual practice, and personal enjoyment of the game.

Website vs. Mobile App

This website presents CoffeeLine and provides support and legal information. The game itself is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Any purchases, optional unlocks, subscriptions, or app-specific terms are handled through those stores and subject to their rules in addition to these Terms.

Purchases and Subscriptions

CoffeeLine is free to play and supported by ads. An optional in-app purchase or subscription may be offered to remove ads or unlock cosmetic content. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed by the App Store or Google Play under the account you used to buy them. Refunds are handled according to each store's policy.

Availability

CoffeeLine is provided on an as-is basis. We may change, update, pause, or remove features without notice while the project evolves.

Acceptable Conduct

You agree not to misuse CoffeeLine, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated methods in a way that harms performance or availability for other users.

Intellectual Property

The design, branding, artwork, copy, level data, and original code of CoffeeLine are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Generic game mechanics are not owned by anyone, but the specific implementation and presentation of CoffeeLine remain protected.

No Warranty

CoffeeLine is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. The service aims to provide a playable, enjoyable game, but uninterrupted access and error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
